Waffles, Belgian Waffles, Recipe


Waffles

Ingredients:


  1. Flour                    -  2 cups
  2. Baking powder    -  2 tablespoons
  3. White sugar         -  2 tablespoons
  4. Salt                      -  1 tablespoon
  5. Milk                      -  2 cups
  6. Eggs                    -  2 Nos. 
  7. Vegetable oil        -  2 tablespoons
  8. Cinnamon            -  1 teaspoon
  9. Vanilla essence    -  1 teaspoon

Preparation For Making Waffles



  1. - First, add two cups of all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl.
  2. - Then add two teaspoons of baking powder.
  3. - Two tablespoons of white sugar and one teaspoon of salt. 
  4. - Also, add one teaspoon of cinnamon And add one teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  5. - Stir to do combine these ingredients.
  6. - Now pour in two cups of milk, two eggs and two tablespoons of vegetable oil. 
  7. - Mix the batter until its smooth. A few lumps are okay.
  8. - Now, preheat your waffle iron. 
  9. - When the waffle iron is up to temperature. 
  10. - Spray the cooking surface with nonstick cooking spray.
  11. - Pour in just enough batter to fill the iron.
  12. - Make sure it's really up to temperature before adding the batter that way you are guaranteed perfect waffles every time. Close the lid And
  13. let it cook until the lid comes away easily and the waffles are golden 
  14. - Brown between six and eight minutes.
