Do you like lemon chicken breasts?


Chicken is eaten most in different countries of the world. And the chicken breast with lemon is a very easy recipe, and also healthy, and very nutrients.

You know, without bones, made of skins, using breasts, more and more people like it and eat it with interest.

And it tastes great with a variety of side dishes, such as salads, sauces, cold drinks and more.

Ingredients;


  • Chicken breast --------------- 1  pound 
  • Garlic ------------------------- 2  tablespoons  (chopped)
  • Olive Oil --------------------- 2  tablespoons
  • Clove ------------------------- 1/4  teaspoon 
  • Black pepper ---------------- half  teaspoon 
  • Parsley ----------------------- 2  tablespoons
  • Lemon ----------------------- 2  tablespoons
  • Salt --------------------------- 1  teaspoon 
  • Butter ------------------------  2  tablespoons 

Preparing for the chicken breast recipe;



  • First, place the chicken breast on top of a piece of plastic worm and now place the second piece of plastic worm on top of the chicken.
  • Lightly crush the chicken with a hammer so that the chicken is spread out and thin.
  • -Now spread the chicken on the tray, now add the clove powder, pepper powder, parsley, salt, and chopped garlic to the chicken. And mix the spices lightly with your hands.
  • Now refrigerate the spiced chicken breasts for an hour.

An hour later,

  • Open the stove over medium heat, take a pan and put oil in it.
  • Now add spice chicken breast and fry well on both sides 4 minutes.
  • The chicken started crawling on both sides
  • Just flip it in golden brown.
  • Fry one side 4 minutes then flips and also fry on the other side as well.
  • It's like a 375 F oven for about five minutes.
  • When the two sides are golden brown in. so the chicken is done.
  • Pull it on the plate.
  • Now put oil in the pan to make the sauce.
  • Add in some additional garlic and rosemary, and just literally let that toast for about ten seconds.
  • When garlic is light brown, add lemon juice, add two tablespoons of water and fry.
  • When the sauce starts to boil, add salt, black pepper, and butter, and stir with a spoon.
  • Now mix the chicken breast in the sauce.
  • Turn them over quickly on both sides and then mix well together.
  • Enjoy the rosemary lemon chicken.
