Easy Healthy Shrimp Recipes, Pasta With Shrimp
Ingredients:
- Shrimp/ Prawns ---------- 1 Kg (King size)
- Butter ---------------------- 3 Tablespoons
- Cooking Oil --------------- 1 Tablespoon
- Double Cream ------------ 3 Cups
- Parmesan ------------------ 3 Cups
- Onion ---------------------- 1 Large size (Chopped)
- Green Pepper ------------- 2 Sliced
- Garlic ---------------------- 2 Cloves (finely diced)
- Black Pepper ------------- 1 Teaspoon
- Oregano ------------------- 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper ---------- 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika Powder ---------- 1 Teaspoon
- Boil linguine/pasta ------- 4 servings
- Salt ------------------------- To Taste
Preparation method:
- Light the stove and place a pan on top.
- Now put two tablespoons of butter in the pan.
- Now put two tablespoons of butter in the pan.
- Melt the butter, add the shrimp/prawns, and fry well.
- When the shrimp/prawns change color, remove from the heat, and set aside.
- Now put another pan on the stove and add butter and oil and melt.
- Now add chopped onion and chopped green pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add garlic and fry for two minutes. When it starts to smell, add salt, black pepper powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, paprika powder. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add double whipped cream and cook for 5 minutes with a spoon
- Add parmesan and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add the shrimp/prawns and stir for a minute and add the boiled pasta/linguine. Mix well for two minutes.
- ready to serve, and enjoy.
