Ingredients
Step1
Purpose Flour -------------- 1 cup
Milk ------------------------------ 1/2 cup
Egg ------------------------------- 1 (large size)
Salt ------------------------------- 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar ---------------------------- 1 teaspoon)

Garlic Chopped -----------------1 teaspoon
Carrots ---------------------------- 1 cup
Capsicum ------------------------ 1 cup
Cabbage -------------------------- 1 cup
Oil ------------------------------------ 4 tablespoons
Salt ---------------------------------- To taste
Pepper ----------------------------- 1 tsp powder
Red Pepper ---------------------- 1/2 tsp powder
Step 3
Purpose Flour -------------------- 1/4 cup
Salt ------------------------------------- to taste.
Black Pepper ---------------------- 1/4 teaspoon (powder)
Water ---------------------------------- 1/3 cup
Mix well
Bread crumbs --------------------- 1 cup
Oil ---------------------------------------- for frying
The Method Of Preparation
Step1
Pour into a large bowl Milk, Flour, Egg, Salt, Sugar, whisk together until well combined
Now, add the egg mixture, and mix until the batter is smooth.
(Slowly add 1/2 cup water if needed)
Rotate the spoon regularly. If the batter is too thick, it cannot spread and not cook properly.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Place any kind of stir-fried mixed vegetables on one side of each crepe and roll to cover the filling.
Put 1/4 cup egg mixture in the middle of the pan and try to spread it evenly with the help of a spoon.
Cook for another 10 seconds and remove to a large plate.
Prepare the whole mixture in the same way, and let it cool.
Step 2
Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a pan and then add chopped garlic and fry until fragrant.
Now add finely chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, chopped cabbage, and fry well.
Then after frying for 2 minutes, add red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt.
After frying for 2 minutes, cover and cook for 5 minutes, Until the vegetables are well cooked.
Now the fried vegetables are ready
Step 3
In a large bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, and water and mix well.
Place the bread crumbs on a large plate.
Now place the prepared strip of flour
Then place any kind of stir-fried mixed vegetables on one side of each crepe and roll to cover the filling
Seal the edge with flour mixture and wrap tightly
Now roll the prepared flour into the mixture, then add the bread crumbs and fry in the oil till golden brown.
Fry the Vegetables Roll medium hot oil and turn them over a couple of times till they become crisp and light golden in color.
The Vegetable Roll is ready and enjoy
