Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. If you like your nuggets with a bit more kick, you can also add a dash of paprika to the chicken now.


Set Up Dredging Station:

On your counter, line up three shallow dishes or bowls. In the first one, place the all-purpose flour. Beat the eggs and milk together in the second bowl, creating an egg wash. In the third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with a bit of salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).


Dredge the Chicken:
