Ladyfingers Pickle Sliced |
Ingredients:
1. Ladyfingers ----------- 1/2 kg (whole)
2. Onion ------------------ 4 Medium size
3. Nigella seeds --------- 1/2 Teaspoon
4. Green Chilies --------- 4
5. Turmeric --------------- 1 Tsp (Powdered)
6. Red Chili -------------- 1 Tsp (Powdered)
7. Dried Mango ---------- 2 Tbsp (Powdered)
8. Lemon ----------------- 2
9. Coriander Seeds ------ 1 Tsp
10.Aniseeds --------------- 1/2 Tsp
11.Salt---------------------- To Taste
12.Oil ---------------------- 3/4 cup

Method
- Wash the ladyfingers.
- chop of the tough part.
- Mix all the spices and thinly sliced onion with it.
- heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the ladyfingers for about 5 minutes and then cover with a Lid for about 10 minutes. serve hot
