Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients;
- Shrimp . . . . . . . . . . 500 grams
- Boiled Rice . . . . . . . . 750 gram
- Eggs . . . . . . . . . . . 2
- Soy Sauce . . . . . . . . 2 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce . . . . . 2 tbsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce . . . . 1 1/2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder . . . 1 tsp
- Salt . . . . . . . . . . . . to taste
- Cooking Oil . . . . . . . . 1/2 cup
- Onion . . . . . . . . . . . 1 chopped
- Garlic . . . . . . . . . . . 5 chopped
- All Purpose Flour . . . . . 2 tbsp
- Mixed Vegetables . . . . 1 cup (If you like)
Method
- Wash the rice well and soak it in water for 1/2 hour. After 1/2 hour drain the rice water.
- Now add 1 liter of water in a large pan and boil it.When the water comes to a boil, add the rice.
- Cook the rice for 10 minutes, when the rice is cooked, drain all the water from the rice. Set a side.
- Cut the shrimp lengthwise down the middle and remove the vein like a black thread.Now wash it off with some water.
- (Cleaned and prepared branded prawns are available in the market.)
- Put shrimp in a bowl and add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce,1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder mix well.And Set aside.
- Then place the empty pan on the stove and heat it by adding oil.
- Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them. Then fry in oil and take out in a separate plate.
- Then fry the chopped garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
- Fry the shrimp in oil, take them out and keep aside.
- Add onions and fry for 3 minutes until soft.
- Add chopped vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.( If you like )
- In a bowl mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, salt to taste, half teaspoon black pepper powder, all purpose flour.
- Then add to the vegetables and fry well.
- Now When the shrimp and vegetables are cooked, add the rice and fry for 5 minutes. Keep it on the tail for a minute.
