Margarita recipe:



Ingredients:

  • Tequila ---------------------------- 2 oz (60 ml) 
  • Lime Juice -------------------------1 oz (30 ml) (freshly squeezed)
  • Cointreau or Triple Sec ------1 oz (30 ml) 
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  •  Ice Cube
  •  Lime wheel or wedge for garnish

 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Glass

  - Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass.
  -  Dip the rim in salt to coat it. Set the glass aside.

2. Mix the Drink

   - Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
   - Add the tequila, lime juice, and Cointreau.
   - Shake well until the mixture is chilled (about 15-20 seconds).

3. Serve:

   - Fill the prepared glass with ice.
   - Strain the Margarita into the glass.
   - Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.
