Baked Chicken with Suase


Ingredients:



  1. Chicken ------------------- 2-1/2  Pound
  2. Garlic Powder ------------ 1 teaspoon   ( granulated )
  3. Paprika Powder ---------- 1 teaspoon   ( smoked )
  4. Onion Powder ------------ 1 teaspoon   ( granulated)
  5. Lemon Pepper ------------ 1 teaspoon   ( Powdered )
  6. Salt ------------------------- 1 teaspoon 
  7. Tomato Ketchup ---------  1   cup 
  8. Soy Sause ----------------- 1  tablespoon 
  9. Apple Cider Vinegar ----  1  tablespoon 
  10. Honey ---------------------  1/4  cup  

Preparing Of  Chicken:


If you do not have smoked paprika you could use regular but the smoked paprika will give it a nice smoky flavor.

Next, a little over two and a half-pound of the chicken leg. this recipe good for between, two and a half chicken half to three chicken.

Step No-1 Chicken Baking:

  • Now to the sauce spice set aside. 
  • Now the remaining spices in the chicken, and mix well.
  • Then place a sheet of baking paper in the baking tray.
  • Now place each chicken in a  tray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven 375 Degree Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes again cook time may vary depending on.

Step No-2 BBQ Sause:



  • On the low medium flame. and add-In a non-stick pan one cup tomato ketchup.
  • Now put all the ingredients.
  • Soy sauce one, and a half teaspoon, Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon, honey 1/4 cup, and the reserved chicken rub one and a half teaspoon in it.

( If you don't apple cider vinegar, you could use mustered or you could use lemon juice and maybe use around the same amount, and if you don't have soy sauce or you want to use soy sauce, you can simply add a little extra salt.)

  • Worcestershire sauce three teaspoons can be added instead of soy sauce.
  • Cook for rotate the spoon quickly for one minute and it's ready. Now turn off the stove and let it cool set aside. 

Step No- 3 Baked Chicken 


After 45 minutes, chicken is baked done.
Broil on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and a little charred.
After 45 minutes, the chicken is cooked.
Now remove the tray from the oven, and place the prepared sauce on the front and back of the chicken.
Now put it back in the oven.
Add the broth for 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce bubbles and swells slightly.

The chicken is completely baked. Now happily eat with this salad.
