2. Add two tablespoon olive oil. and heat it until shimmers.
3. Then add two cloves of.
4. Add finely chopped garlic.
5. Add  1/4 teaspoon of red paper flakes and cook, stirring frequently until. the garlic is just fragrant only about 10 or 20 seconds.

(make sure that you watch the garlic very carefully here, because if you don't stir it enough or you let it cook too long. its gonna burn and give the whole dish a bitter flavored, and if you want it hotter. just add more red paper flakes.)

6. Now add one and a half pounds large shrimp.

(salt large shrimp can also be labeled 3140 and all means is that there's 31 to 40 of them in one pound, so the larger the shrimp the smaller the number and the fewer are gonna fit into one pound.)

you can also use thawed frozen shrimp.

7. (If you want to you just have to remember to pat.) them dry first let the shrimp cook stirring occasionally for.

8. About one minute just until turn pink you don't want to cook them all the way yet take the pan off the increase the heat to high and cook. Shaking alcohol smell is burned off.

9. The liquid has reduced slightly, and the shrimp are about four minutes while the shrimp finishes cooking grab pasta water and set it aside then drain the pasta return it to the pot and set.

10. Take the pan off the heat and add four tablespoons of butter into a few pieces and one teaspoon lemon zest.

11. Stir until the butter melted pour the shrimp and the sauce into the pasta along with 1/3 cup of coarsely chopped Italian parsley and stir it all together.

12. Now get the reversed pasta just enough so that looks creamy and you have enough sauce to coat the pasta.

13. you stop when you see a thin coating of sauce on the bottom of the pot.
14. The sounds like adding water are just going to dilute not this water is already seasoned.

15. It's got plenty of salt the pasta that is going to help thicken the sauce so do not skip this step.

16. Now want to arrange on a serving dish or in the shallow cheese and serve right away.

17. This pasta has a fresh heat from the red pepper flakes the butter coats the shrimp and the pasta and it all only takes a few minutes to put together.
