- Milk                    - 1  cup
 
Cornflower         - 1  tablespoon
 
Sugar                  - 4  tablespoons
 
Fresh cream        - 1  cup
 
Vanilla Essence   - 1  teaspoon
 
Preparation Of Vanilla Ice Cream
Step - 1
- - Add cold milk first.
 
- - Add cornflour to milk.
 
- - Now mix well with the help of a spoon.
 
- - Now open the stove.
 
- - Place the pan on the stove
 
- - Now stir the spoon quickly so that the milk does not have any bumps
 
(Remember, hot milk does not solve cornflour quickly. Always, add cornflour to cold milk and mix.)
-     Then in the milk add the sugar.
 
- Cook the milk, cornflower, and sugar so that the mixture is nice and thick.
 
- Now turn off the stove, and allow the milk to cool down.
 
Step - 2
   
- Add fresh cream to the grinding. 
 
- (If the amount of fresh cream is equal to the amount of milk.
 
- Ice cream will be very soft)
 
- Now, add cold milk and cornflour mixtures to the grinder. 
 
- Add 1 teaspoon to the vanilla essence.
 
- Now mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a minute grinder     (Become a foam in ice cream)
 
Step - 3
 
- Put all the ice cream in one ice cream box.
 
- Wrap well with aluminum foil or plastic sheet and cover.
 
- Keep it in the freezer for up to 8 hours to set.
 
- After 8 hours, remove from the freezer. serve and enjoy
