Chicken Breast Recipes For Dinner, Chicken Breast Curry With Rice

Ingredients:-



  • Chicken breast ------------- 900 Gram (2 Pound )
  • Vegetable Oil --------------- 1/2 Cup
  • Coconut Milk --------------- 1 Cup 
  • Black Pepper --------------- 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Onions ----------------------- 2 (Chopped)
  • Garlic ------------------------ 1 Tablespoon 
  • Ginger ----------------------- 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt --------------------------- 1 Teaspoon ( Or To Taste )
  • Tomato----------------------- 4 (Chopped)
  • Curry Powder -------------- 2 Tablespoons
  • Hot Spices ------------------- 1/2 Teaspoon  
  • Coriander ------------------- 2 Tablespoons (Chopped )
  • Water ------------------------ 1 cup
  • Boiled Rice ------------------ Half a kilogram

Chicken Breast Curry With Rice, 

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Then put finely chopped onion in the pan.
  3. Fry the onions until golden.
  4. When the onion is golden, add crushed garlic and fry for two minutes.
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft.
  6. When the tomatoes are well softened and fried, add curry powder.
  7. After adding curry powder and fry for two minutes.
  8. Now put the chicken in it.
  9. Now add salt and crushed black pepper and fry the chicken till golden.
  10. Then cover with a lid and cook for two to three minutes.
  11. Now remove the cover after three minutes, then run the spoon, and cover again and cook for ten minutes.
  12. After 10 minutes, lightly fry, then add coconut milk or cream, hot spices, and stir.
  13. Add half a teaspoon of salt, cook until thickened. 
  14. Finally, add chopped green coriander.
  15. Serve with boiled rice.
