  5. Pistachios --------------------- 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  6. Dates ---------------------------- 1 tbsp (chopped)
  7. Raisins ---------------------------1 tablespoon 
  8. Bananas -----------------------  2  (sliced)
  9. Apple -----------------------------1  (sliced ​​into wedges)
  10. Pomegranate ----------------- 1  (peeled)
  11. Pan Apple Juice -------------- 1/2 cup 
  12. Salt --------------------------------1/2 teaspoon 
  13. Black Pepper ------------------1/2 teaspoon 

 Recipe:

  •  Pour the blended milk into a blender.
  •  Now add sugar or sugar to it.
