Ingredients

  • Milk _____________ 125 ml 1/2 cup 
  • Lemon ___________ 2 tablespoons
  • Plain Flour _______ 250 gram 1 cup. 
  • Baking Powder ___ 1 teaspoon.
  • Baking Soda _______1/4 teaspoon.
  • Eggs _______________ 2 . or curd use 1/2 cup. 
  • Powder Sugar _____125 gram 1/2 cup.
  • Oil or Butter _______125 ml 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon Zest ________1 table spoon. 


Method

  • Preheats the oven to 350 degree F ( 175 degree C ).
  • Milk and lemon mix it, keep it a side 15 minutes.  
  • Mix one cup of flour, baking powder, baking soda in a big bowl.
  • In a separate large bowl, mix the egg or yogurt and powdered sugar. mixed well.
  • Add oil and mix well,Now add grated lemon peel to it and mix.
  • mix well add the sure milk. The prepared milk and lemon mixture. 
  • Now add the flour mixture little by little keep mixing
  • After add the flour mixed well. 
  • Take any aluminum  bowl. Add oil or butter to it and spread it well. 
  • coat it with flour+oil or use a butter-paper.
  • Now add the ready mixture to this aluminum bowl.
  • Place it in Preheated oven and bake it for 35 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.ready to eat.
