Ingredients
- Milk _____________ 125 ml 1/2 cup
- Lemon ___________ 2 tablespoons
- Plain Flour _______ 250 gram 1 cup.
- Baking Powder ___ 1 teaspoon.
- Baking Soda _______1/4 teaspoon.
- Eggs _______________ 2 . or curd use 1/2 cup.
- Powder Sugar _____125 gram 1/2 cup.
- Oil or Butter _______125 ml 1/2 cup.
- Lemon Zest ________1 table spoon.
Method
- Preheats the oven to 350 degree F ( 175 degree C ).
- Milk and lemon mix it, keep it a side 15 minutes.
- Mix one cup of flour, baking powder, baking soda in a big bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, mix the egg or yogurt and powdered sugar. mixed well.
- Add oil and mix well,Now add grated lemon peel to it and mix.
- mix well add the sure milk. The prepared milk and lemon mixture.
- Now add the flour mixture little by little keep mixing
- After add the flour mixed well.
- Take any aluminum bowl. Add oil or butter to it and spread it well.
- coat it with flour+oil or use a butter-paper.
- Now add the ready mixture to this aluminum bowl.
- Place it in Preheated oven and bake it for 35 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.ready to eat.
