Carrots Cake


Ingredients:

1. White Sugar -------- 1-1/2  cups (granulated)
2. Light Brown Sugar ------- 1/2  cup ( packed)
3. Canola/Vegetable Oil----- 1- 1/2  cups
4. Shredded Carrots --------- 3 cups / 6 medium
5. Purpose flour -------------- 2- 1/2  cups
6. Ground Cinnamon -------- 1- 1/4  tsp
7. Ground nutmeg ----------- 1/2   tsp
8. Eggs ------------------------ 4 
9. Ground Cloves ------------ 1/8  tsp
10.Baking Powder ----------- 1 - 1/4  tsp
11.Baking Soda -------------- 1 tsp 
12. Salt ------------------------ 1/2  tsp

Instructions For Use Method:

Cream Cheese Frosting:

Step # 1

1. Sugar ------------------- 1 1/4 cup ( powdered)

2. Cream Cheese --------- ounces ( softened)

3. Unsalted Butter -------- 5 tablespoons 

4. Vanilla Extract----------1/2 teaspoon 

5. Sour Cream ------------- 1 tablespoon

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a mixer. 
The cream is ready.

Step # 2


  • first Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a food processor mill and white granulated sugar, light brown granulated sugar, eggs are mixed until it's nice and frothy for about 20 seconds.

  • now to slowly canola oil or add vegetable oil, mix for 20 seconds.

  • Now, Scrape all the mixture with a grinder and. pour the mixture into a medium mixing bowl.

  • Then add peeled and shredded carrots. and mix well. Add all-purpose unbleached flour and mix well. 

  • Now, add Spice Ground Cinnamon powder, ground cloves powder, and ground nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well. (Add if you like raisins or walnut in your carrots cake.) The mix is ready.

  • Now, apply the parchment paper in the baking bowl. Spray oil in it and add all the mixture.

  • Place the mixing bowl in a preheated oven, bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

  • After 18 minutes, rotate the bowl in the oven so that it is well baked on all sides. just turn it 180 degrees.

  • Now take it out of the oven. And cut a plastic wrap around it. And carrots cake set on a serving plate.

  • Now, decorate with cream. Carrot cake is ready to eat.
