Ingredients:


1. Salmon Fillet Skinless ------------ 6  Once
2. Olive Oil ---------------------------- 2 Tablespoons
3. Black Pepper ----------------------- To Taste 
4. salt ----------------------------------- To Taste 
5. Lemon ------------------------------- 1 
6. Fresh Thyme ------------------------ 1 ( Optional )


Preparation:  



  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet.
  • Mix salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Now, place the salmon on a skeleton and cook the salmon for about 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • Then flip the salmon once and cook until done to taste, roughly 2- 4 minutes longer. 
  • Now, ready is to eat, Serve with lemon and thyme.
