Easy Healthy Shrimp Recipes, Pasta With Shrimp


Ingredients:


  • Shrimp/ Prawns ---------- 1 Kg  (King size)
  • Butter ---------------------- 3 Tablespoons 
  • Cooking Oil --------------- 1 Tablespoon
  • Double Cream ------------ 3 Cups
  • Parmesan ------------------ 3 Cups
  • Onion ---------------------- 1  Large size (Chopped)
  • Green Pepper ------------- 2 Sliced 
  • Garlic ---------------------- 2 Cloves (finely diced)
  • Black Pepper ------------- 1 Teaspoon
  • Oregano ------------------- 1 tablespoon
  • Cayenne Pepper ---------- 1 Teaspoon
  • Paprika Powder ---------- 1 Teaspoon
  • Boil linguine/pasta ------- 4 servings
  • Salt ------------------------- To Taste


Preparation method:


  • Light the stove and place a pan on top.
  • Now put two tablespoons of butter in the pan.
  • Now put two tablespoons of butter in the pan.
  • Melt the butter, add the shrimp/prawns, and fry well.
  • When the shrimp/prawns change color, remove from the heat, and set aside.
  • Now put another pan on the stove and add butter and oil and melt.
  • Now add chopped onion and chopped green pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Then add garlic and fry for two minutes. When it starts to smell, add salt, black pepper powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, paprika powder. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Now add double whipped cream and cook for 5 minutes with a spoon
  • Add parmesan and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Now add the shrimp/prawns and stir for a minute and add the boiled pasta/linguine. Mix well for two minutes.
  •  ready to serve, and enjoy.
