Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients


Cake Flour ----------------------- 1 ½  cups  (300gm)

Sugar ----------------------------- 1  ½ cups  (300gm)

Vegetable Oil ------------------- 1  cup  (220gm)

Butter Milk ----------------------- 1  cup  (240gm)

Cocoa Powder ----------------- 2  tbsp  (16gm)

Vanilla Extract ------------------ 2  tsp  ( 5gm)

Baking Soda -------------------- 1 tsp  ( 5gm)

Salt -------------------------------- 1  tsp  ( 5gm)

Unsalted Butter ---------------- 1/2  cup ( 113gm)

Eggs ------------------------------- 2 

White Vinegar ------------------ 1  tsp  ( 5gm)

Food Red Color ---------------- 1 - 2 oz  (gel)

Cream Cheese ----------------- 17 oz  ( 500gm)

Powdered Sugar --------------- 1 ½  cup (156gm)

Whipping Cream --------------- 1 ⅓  cup ( 300gm) child


Red Velvet Cake Making Method


Step One Method


In a large bowl, sift the cake flour through a sieve.

Add the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. together through a sieve.mix well. 

Put butter in another bowl.

Half a cup of unsalted butter at room temperature, add 1 1/2 cups sugar

Mix well with a beater.

Add one egg at a time and mix well.

Add one egg in the same way and mix well.

Now add vegetable oil and mix well for 5 minutes.

Now add vegetable oil and mix well for 5 minutes and add white vinegar, vanilla extract, and mix well.

Add buttermilk. And mix well for 5 minutes.

Now put some flour in the bowl of butter and mix well. Add more flour in the same way and10 minutes mix well.

Put some food coloring gel and mix well, Until the red color mixes well.

Take two cake pans the size of 9 inches (23 cm).

In two cake pans, grease the butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.

pour them half-full on the two cake pan and spread them.

Bake into the preheated oven at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes.

Until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake and comes out clean. 

It's ready if it does not stick on a toothpick.

Step Two Method


Now let pans cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes, cool it at room temperature.

Remove the cakes from the pans to let them cool completely.

Now filter some powdered sugar in a bowl.

Now put cream cheese in another bowl, at room temperature.

Beat the cream cheese well, Add vanilla extract.mix well.

Then add the filtered powdered sugar and mix well. Beat until smooth.

In a separate bowl pour heavy whipping cream.beat until stiff peaks form.

gently fold into the cream cheese mixture

Then slice a thin layer of the tops of the cakes to create a flat surface.

And set aside the crumb for later.

Now, add a little less than half the cream mixture to the frosting and spread the frosting,

Then fully cover the whole part with frosting.

Now, decorate with cake crumbs, sprinkle some cake crumbs at the bottom.

And sprinkle some more at the top edge
