Egg Biryani | Restaurant Style | Delicious Recipe
Eggs Biryani 

Here is a delicious and easy-to-make egg biryani recipe that I'm sure you'll love. 


Ingredients



-500 grams ____ basmati rice


-4 tablespoon ___oil


-4 _______________cloves


-4 _______________green cardamom pods


-1 teaspoon______ cumin seeds


-2________________ bay leaves


-½ teaspoon ______garlic paste


-1 teaspoon_______ ginger paste


-2 _________________onions,thinly

sliced


-2__________________tomatoes,chopped


-2 tablespoons ____ chili powder


-1 teaspoon ________turmeric powder


-1 teaspoon ________garam masala


-4-5________________ boiled eggs, halved


-1 cup______________ curd


-2 tablespoons _______freshly chopped coriander leaves


-Salt, to taste


preparation


1. Start by washing the basmati rice until the water runs clear. Soak the rice for about 30 minutes.

2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the cloves, cardamom pods, cumin seeds, and bay leaves and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

3. Add the onions and sauté until they’re golden brown.

4. Add the garlic and ginger paste and continue to cook for a few more minutes.

5. Add the tomatoes and cook until they’re soft and mushy.

6. Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix everything together.

7. Add the boiled eggs and gently mix.

8. Now add the soaked rice and curd and mix well.

9. Add enough water to cover the rice and bring the mixture to a boil.

10. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

11. Once the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and fluff the rice with a fork.

12. Finally, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
