Shrimp Fried Rice


Ingredients; 


  • Shrimp  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  . .   .  500 grams
  • Boiled Rice .  .  .  .  . .   .  .  750 gram
  • Eggs  .  .  .  .  .  .  .   .  . .   .  2  
  • Soy Sauce .  .  .  .  .  . .   .   2 tbsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce  .   .  . .  .  2 tbsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce .   .  . .   1  1/2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder  .  . . 1 tsp
  • Salt .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  . .   to taste 
  • Cooking Oil  .  .  .  .  .  . .  . 1/2 cup
  • Onion .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  . .  .  1 chopped 
  • Garlic  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  . .   . 5 chopped 
  • All Purpose Flour  .  .  .  . . 2 tbsp
  • Mixed Vegetables  .  .  . .   1 cup  (If you like)



Method 


  • Wash the rice well and soak it in water for 1/2 hour. After 1/2 hour drain the rice water.
  • Now add 1 liter of water in a large pan and boil it.When the water comes to a boil, add the rice.
  • Cook the rice for 10 minutes, when the rice is cooked, drain all the water from the rice. Set a side. 
  • Cut the shrimp lengthwise down the middle and remove the vein like a black thread.Now wash it off with some water.
  • (Cleaned and prepared branded prawns are available in the market.)
  • Put shrimp in a bowl and add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce,1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce, salt to taste, ½  tsp black pepper powder mix well.And Set aside.
  • Then place the empty pan on the stove and heat it by adding oil.
  • Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them. Then fry in oil and take out in a separate plate.
  • Then fry the chopped garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
  • Fry the shrimp in oil, take them out and keep aside.
  • Add onions and fry for 3 minutes until soft.
  • Add chopped vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.( If you like )
  • In a bowl mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, salt to taste, half teaspoon black pepper powder, all purpose flour.
  • Then add to the vegetables and fry well.
  • Now When the shrimp and vegetables are cooked, add the rice and fry for 5 minutes.  Keep it on the tail for a minute.
