Ice Cream Sandwich




Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients

  1.  White Suger =  1/2  cup ( powdered)
  2.  Brown Suger = 1/2 cup  (powdered)
  3.  Eggs =  2
  4.  Flour =  2 cups (All purpose)
  5.  Baking soda = 1 teaspoon
  6.  Vanila Ice cream = 8 cups
  7.  Cocoa = 1/2 cups (unsweetened)
  8.  Butter unsalted = 1 cup (2sticks)
  9.  Vanila = 1 teaspoon
  10.  Salt = 1/4 teaspoon 
  11.  chocolate chips = 2 cups
  12.  Mini chocolate chips = 1 cup

Method



First, mix the butter in a mixer or bowl and whisk well. 
Now add finely powdered white sugar and brown sugar in it and mix well.
In a large bowl, mix the flour and cocoa powder and strain with a fine sieve. Combine the flour and cocoa with a spoon.
Then add salt, and mix well.
In butter and sugar mixtures, add egg yolks.
Mix the flour and cocoa mixture in it,
Remove the mixture and rub it with your hands.
With your hands, knead the dough well so that it is perfectly mixed. Now Spread the dough with a roller by placing it in a butter paper. And keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the cookies into a square, circle or any other form of your choice with a ravioli cutter.
bake in the oven preheated to 180*C for 10, 13min
let it cool,
Once the cookies have cooled, put fresh ice cream on one cookie and place another cookie on top of it.
Likewise, prepare all the cookies.
And chill in the freezer for about 3 hours.
Now the ice cream sandwich is ready to eat.
