Butter Garlic Shrimp


Healthy Shrimp Recipe, Butter Garlic shrimp Shrimp is one of the most healthy, nutritious favorite foods in because it is ready in about10 minutes and has a lot of flavors. 

So let's get started on one of the favorite recipes. 


Ingredients:


  • Shrimp                       -  1 pound
  • Garlic                         - 1 tablespoon (Chopped)
  • Olive Oil                     - 2 tablespoon
  • Butter                         - 4 tablespoon 
  • Black Paper               -  1 teaspoon (Grind)
  • Stock                         -   1 cup    (Veggie / Chicken)
  • Lemon Juice              - 1 teaspoon 
  • Salt                            - 1/4 teaspoon (You want choice)
  • Parsley                      -  1 tablespoon
  • Noodles                     -  1 packet 150 gram (dried plain)


Prepare:


  1. First, wash the crab with water and dry it with a paper towel. 
  2. Now add the powdered black pepper and salt to it.and set aside.
  3. (Remember, shrimp have natural salt, so add salt to your like of taste)
  4. Then set the stove to medium-high heat.
  5. Now add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and heat it.
  6.  add black pepper and salted shrimp to the medium-high pan and get a nice sizzle, cook a maximum about three minutes super duper quick.
  7. After 3 minutes, place on a separate plate.

Making For Sauce, Garlic Butter Shrimp


  1. Now put the chopped garlic in the pan, and fry it.
  2. When the garlic starts to turn non-golden, add chopped black pepper and fry.
  3. After 1 minute add veggie stock or chicken stock. and stir quickly.
  4. Now add lemon peel to the pan.
  5. Now add half lemon juice and 1-minute fry.
  6. Now add the butter and stir. 
  7. Now half the sauce is ready, and now add the shrimp and 1-minute fry.
  8. Add fresh chopped parsley.

Noodles: 


  1. Take a pot, heat 1 1/2 liters of water.
  2. Add salt, 150 grams of noodles in warm water, and cook for 3 minutes.
  3.   After 3 minutes remove the noodles from the warm water and wash them in cold water.
  4. Place the noodles on a plate and serve with the garlic, butter, shrimp.
