Sheet Pan Chicken Fajita Crunchwrap


Ingredients


  1. Chicken Breast ---------- 1 kg (small pieces cut into lengths)

  2. Olive oil -------------------- 3 tablespoons

  3. Onion ----------------------- 3 (sliced)

  4. Green Capsicum -------- 2 (Slice Cut)

  5. Red Capsicum ----------- 2 (Slice Cut)

  6. Yellow Capsicum ------- 2 (Slice Cut)

  7. Fajita Seasoning ------- 2 tablespoons

  8. Melted Butter ------------ 1 tablespoon

  9. Tortillas -------------------- 9

  10. Cheddar cheese -------- 2 cups

  11. Spicy tortilla chips ------ 2 cups

  12. Sour Cream -------------- 1 cup

  13. Mayonnaise -------------- 2/3 cup

  14. Jalapenos ----------------- 1/2 cup

  15. Fajita Seasoning -------- 1 Tablespoon

  16. Honey ---------------------- 1 tablespoon

  17. Lemon ---------------------- 1 (Juice)



The Method Of Preparation

(Step 1)


Preheat the oven to 200 C / 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash all the vegetables, and cut to length.

Cut the chicken into lengths.

Take a large oven tray and put all the chopped vegetables in it.

Then add chicken and 2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning and Add 3 tablespoons olive oil and mix well.

Spread in the tray and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Now take a large oven tray, and spread the melted butter in it with the help of a brush.

Now place the tortillas in the tray so that in the tray covers all the sides.

(Remember to keep the half of the tortillas outside of the tray)

Now spread cheddar cheese on it.

Then add spread Pan Chicken Fajita Crunchwrap.

Now put spicy tortilla chips on top of the chicken.

In the same way, apply the rest of the pan chicken fajita crunch wrap layer.

Then add cheddar cheese and put 2 or 3 tortillas in it and cover it well.

Now place a tray of butter paper on it And place the second oven tray on the butter paper.

Bake at 180C / 350F preheated for 30 minutes.


Spicy Sauce, Method

(Step 2)


Take a large bowl and add the sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapenos, fajita seasoning, honey, and lemon juice.

Now mix it all in the same way.

Spy sauce is ready.

Now remove the chicken crunchwrap from the oven, and cut into squares.

Eat with Fajita, Ranch, Dip.
