Stuffed Chicken Breast, A La Kiev, Recipe
Ingredients;
Chicken Fillets ------------------ 2
Salt -------------------------------- 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper -------------------- 2 pinches ( Powder)

Butter ------------------------- 1/2 cup
Salt ---------------------------- 1 - 2 pinch
Garlic ------------------------- 1 tsp (crushed)
Coriander ------------------- 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Dried oregano ------------- 1/2 tsp
========
Cooking Oil ----------------------- For Frying
Eggs -------------------------------- 2
Bread Crumbs ------------------- 1 cup
flour --------------------------------- 1 cup
Coldwater -------------------------- 2 tablespoons
Salt ---------------------------------- 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper --------------------- 1/2 teaspoon ( Powder)
Dried Parsley --------------------- 1 tablespoon (Optional)

Method For Preparation;
Step 1,
Take a medium bowl, and add butter, chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, chopped green coriander, dried oregano to the bowl and mix well. And refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2,
Cut from the middle and make a pocket. Take the chicken flats, and hold the chicken by hand and cut it like a pocket.
Now add a pinch of salt and pepper powder to the chicken and mix well.
Inside the sliced chicken pocket, fill with seasoned butter with a spoon. And refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 3,
Take 3rd separate bowls.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of cold water.mix well.
In another bowl, add flour, pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
In a third bowl, add bread crumbs and dry parsley optional and mix well.
Step 4,
First, add the chicken to the flour and mix with flour on top and bottom.
Then dip in the egg.
Then mix in the bread crumbs.
(Repeat the same 2 to 3 times)
Now refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Fry the chicken until golden 4-5 on each side, (or bake at 180c for 20-25 minutes).
Serve with salad and seasoned butter and enjoy
