This is a simple recipe for making delicious banana bread:


Ingredients:


Bananas –---------------------- 3 ripe, mashed
Unsalted Butter —---------- 1/3 cup melted
All-Purpose Flour –----------1 1/2 cups
Baking Soda –------------------1 teaspoon 
Salt —----------------------------- One Pinch 
Sugar –---------------------------- 3/4 cup 
Large Egg –-----------------------1 , beaten
Vanilla Extract –---------------1 teaspoon 
Baking Powder –-------------- 1 teaspoon 
Dry fruits -------------------------1/2 cup chpped (your choice according) 


Instructions Of Banana Bread
 :

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the flour, baking powder and dry fruits to the mixture and stir until just blended. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
